Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT 28 OCTOBER 

The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler for selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Varun Patiyal said that 55 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of e accused, identified as Balwindar Singh son of Mangat Singh a resident of Rame village.

IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
