Three booked for murder of farmer

The Lohian Khas police have booked three villagers on charge of murdering a farmer.

Station House Officer (SHO) Gursharan Singh said that the accused have been identified as Akash Deep alias Kalu a resident of Mureed Wal village, Ashman son of Baldev Singh a resident of Nihalu Wal village and Balraj alias Baja a resident of the same village.

Bhupindar Singh a resident of Amar Garh village  in Feroze Pur complained to the police that the accused murdered his brother-in-law Amardeep Singh son of Karnail Singh a resident of Chak Chela village in November 3 in his fields where he went to plant potato crop SHO said a case under sections 103(murder ) and 61(2) (criminal conspiracy) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.

SHO said a forensic team reached on the spot and collected samples of land where body was lying.

The Shahkot police booked unidentified accused for murdering unidentified person said SHO Balwinder Singh.
