Unidentified driver booked for causing death by negligence

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified driver for causing death by negligence.

 

Gurjoban Preet Singh a resident of Uggi village complained to the police that an unidentified driver was driving very fast and negligently his vehicle on October 5 and hit his uncle Partap Singh and killed him

 

 

 

Investigating Officer (IO) Rajindar Pal Singh said

 

a case under section 106(causing death by negligence). 281(rash driving on public road) and 324 (mischief ) of the BNS has been registered against an unidentified accused.
