NRI among five booked for firing at house.  

SHAHKOT 5 SEPTEMBER

The Shahkot police have booked five miscreants for firing at a house.

Investigating Officer (IO) said that the accused have been identified as Harpreet Singh alias Happy Gill son of Kuldeep Singh a resident of Nur Pur Chatha village and living in England, Harjit Bhandal son of Harbans of Lambarra village, Prince Sharma alias Lala of Lohian Khas, Dilbar of Tut Kalan village and Gopa of Nawa Kila village.

Baljit Singh a resident of Billi Charahmi, complained to the police that the accused had fired at his house on September 3.

IO said a case under sections 125 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), 61(2)(criminal conspiracy), 324(4)(mischief), and 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) of the BNS and sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act has been registered against the accused.
