Delhi vehicle driver arrested for causing death by negligence.

The Nurmahal police have arrested Delhi vehicle driver on charges of causing death by negligence and rash driving.

Investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Arun Kumar son of Vashishat Narayan a resident of New Dehli area

Arwindar Singh, residing at Mitharra village, complained to the police that the accused has parked his Tata base vehicle (DL-1-LAF -5616) on road and   Sahil Preet Singh of Mithrra village collided with it and died.

Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 285(obstruction in public way) 125-A,125-(b) (voluntary causing grievous hurt) 324(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
