Woman among three drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR/SHAHKOT 23 APRIL 

 The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a woman drug peddler on charge of selling intoxicant tablets

Investigating Officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that 23 (intoxicant tablets(loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Bholi wife of Sarabjit alias Saba a resident of Pati Takhar Shankar village.

IO said a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Shahkot police arrested two drug peddlers Pardeep Kumar son of Varindar Kumar of Dabri colony and Vijay Kumar son Harnek Singh of Malsian village with 110 intoxicant tablets said IO Jagtar Singh.
