Youth arrested for kidnapping minor, conspiracy

NAKODAR 28 MARCH 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a youth for kidnapping and procuration of a minor girl and criminal conspiracy.

Investigating Officer (IO)Paramjit Singh said that the accused have been identified Sunil Gill son of Mohann Lal a resident of Chand Pur village under Patara police station.

The mother of the victim had complained to the police that the accused Sunil had kidnap her minor daughter from her school on August 12,2025

IO said that a case under sections 137(2) (kidnapping), 96(procuration of a child),61(2) (criminal conspiracy)64(rape) 351(2) (criminal intimidation) of the BNS and section 4 of Posco Act was registered against the accused and others
