Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR 31 AUGUST 

The Nakodar City police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Station House Officer (SHO) Gurpreet  Singh said that 46 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Navjot Singh, alias Navin, son of Sukhwindar Singh, a resident of Mohalla Guru Nanak Pura, Nakodar city

The SHO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
