Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

The Criminal Investigation Agency of Jalandhar (rural)  police have arrested a drug peddler for selling heroin.

Investigating officer (IO) Nirmal Singh said that 100 grams of heroin were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as

Surindar Singh alias Minda, son of Satnam Singh, a resident of Baba Suleman village under Makhu police station, Feroze Pur

IO said a case under sections 21/61/85 of the NDPAS Act has been registered against the accused at Lohian Khas police station.
