AAP retains Inderjit Kaur Maan from Nakodar

NAKODAR 31 OCTOBER 

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has renominated sitting MLA Inderjit Kaur Maan from the Nakodar Assembly constituency for the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections, retaining her in its first list of 40 candidates announced on Saturday.

Maan who represents Nakodar (Jalandhar) in the Punjab Legislative Assembly, entered electoral politics at the state level in 2022.

In the 2022 Punjab Assembly elections, Maan won the Nakodar seat on an AAP ticket, defeating MLA Gurpartap Singh of the SAD by 2869 votes.

With the AAP announcing her candidature again from Nakodar will seek a second consecutive victory from the constituency in the 2027 Punjab Assembly elections.
