Villager arrested for selling illicit liquor

NAKODAR 5 JULY 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager on the charge of selling illicit liquor.

Investigating Officer Janak Raj said that 65 Villager bottles of illicit country-made liquor were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Jogindar Lal, a resident of Rayeeb Wal village.

A case under section 61/1/14 of the Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
