Mehat Pur miscreant arrested for outraging woman’s modesty

NAKODAR 27 OCTOBER 

 The Mehat Pur police have arrested a miscreant on charges of outraging a woman’s modesty

Investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Rahul Kumar, son of Vijay Kumar of Mohalla Talab Wala, Mehat Pur.

The victim had complained to the police that the accused and his accomplices had barged into her house and assaulted her, torn her clothes, ransacked her house, and threatened her

IO said that a case under sections 74 (criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 333(house trespass after preparation for hurt and assault), 351(2) (criminal intimidation), 324 (4) (mischief), 191 (3), and 190(rioting and unlawful assembly) of the BNS was registered against the accused and others.
