Ludhiana village motorcyclist booked for causing death by negligence

The Mehat Pur police have booked a Ludhiana village motorcyclist for causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO) Major Singh said that the accused has been identified as Rohin Preet Singh, son of Sukhwindar a resident of Made Pur village in Ludhiana.

Satindar Jit Singh, a resident of Mohalla Rasul Pur, Mehat Pur, complained to the police that the accused was driving his motorcycle very fast and negligently on October 24 morning and hit his brother-in-law Daljit Singh ‘s motorcycle near Nawan Pind Jhugian village and killed him

Investigating Officer (IO) Major Singh said

 a case under section 106(causing death by negligence). 281(rash driving on public road), 125 B (causing grievous hurt), and 324 (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
