Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT 24 OCTOBER

The Shahkot police have arrested a drug peddler for selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Parwindar Singh said that 23intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Balwindar Singh alias Bhagi’s son of Lashkar Singh a resident of Ram Pur village.

IO stated that a case has been registered under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act against the accused.
