Tractor driver booked for rash

The Mehat Pur police have booked a tractor truck driver on charges of rash driving and mischief.
Investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused has been identified as Wajir Singh son of Mukhtiar Singh a resident of Nawan Pind Khungian village.
Simarjit Kaur wife of Baljit Singh a resident of Gaunsu Wal Tibba village
complained to the police that the accused was driving his tractor negligently while reversing it and hit her son Jaswindar Singh motorcycle and seriously injured him.
Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 281(rash driving on the public highway),125(A) ,125(B) (causing grievous hurt by endangering life or personal safety of others), and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the tractor driver.
