Bir Pind village miscreant booked for cheating

NAKODAR 14 OCTOBER 

The Nakodar City Police have booked a miscreant on the charge of cheating.

Investigating Officer (IO)Rajindar Pal Singh said that the accused has been identified as Indarjit Singh Dadariya, son of Kabal Singh a resident of Bir Pind village under Nakodar Sadar police station.

Jasvir Singh a resident of Mohalla Sundar Nagar Nakodar complained to the police that he had purchased a Nishan Macara vehicle ( PB-33-D-4914 ) from Amarjit Dadriya a resident of Mohalla Sundar Nagar but after the death of Amarjit Singh the accused Inderjit fraudulently got registered vehicle on his name and cheated him .

IO said a case under section 318(4) (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the BNS has been registered against the accused
