Rajasthan driver arrested for causing death by negligence

The Nakodar City police have arrested a Rajasthan driver for causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO) Rajindar Pal Singh said that the accused has been identified as Kishor Singh, a resident of Churu district, Rajasthan.

Rannjit Singh, a resident of Moga district, has complained to the police that the accused was driving his trailer (RJ-13-GB-49792) fast and negligently and hit his father-in-law, Bindar Singh, and killed him.

IO said a case under section 106(causing death by negligence) and 281(rash driving on public road) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
