Unidentified booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 29 AUGUST

 The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified driver on charges of causing death by negligence.

Himmat Singh a resident of Gill village, complained to the police that an unidentified driver was driving his vehicle fast and negligently and hit an unidentified person and killed him.

  Investigating Officer Sukhwinder Singh said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence),281(rash driving) and 125(A) (causing grievous hurt) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified accused.
