Drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

The Bilga police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

 Investigating officer (IO)Govindar Singh said that 60 intoxicant tablets (loose) and Rs 27350 drug money were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Harjindar Singh alias Reetha son of Makhan Singh a resident of Umre Wal village under Mehat Pur police station

IO said that a case under sections 22, 61, and 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused and his motorcycle has been impounded.
