Father son duo booked for outraging woman’s modesty

NAKODAR 26 AUGUST 

 The Mehat Pur police have booked father son duo on the charges of outraging a woman’s modesty

Investigating officer (IO)Indar Mohan said that the accused have been identified as Jaswant Singh alias Sonu Tanda son of Paramjit Singh a resident of Raully village and his son Akashdeep.

The victim complained to the police that the accused and their four unidentified accomplices barged into her house and assaulted and eve teased her.

IO said that a case under sections 74 (criminal force to a woman with intent to outrage her modesty),75(sexual harassment) , 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt) 333(house trespass after preparation for hurt and assault) 351(2)(criminal intimidation) and 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) of the BNS   has been registered against the accused.
