Two private school buses drivers arrested, released for rash driving

NAKODAR 9 JULY 

The Nakodar Sadar police arrested and released on bail two private school buses drivers for rash driving,

Investigating Officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Kulwindar Singh son of Harnam Dass a resident of Mudh village and Parwindar Singh son of Satpal Singh a resident of Bajuha Khurd village.

Mangjit Singh a resident of Chak Vendal village complained to the police that the accused were driving very fast and negligently and crossing each other near Chak Pir Pur Chowk and collided with each other and one bus overturned and fell and created a danger to the life of school children and public.

IO said a case under sections 281(rash driving )125(2) (endangering life and personal safety of others) of BNS and sections 39,56 of the Motor Vehicle Act has been registered against the accused who were released on bail.
