Twelve booked for murder bid

NURMAHAL 29 JUNE

The Nurmahal police have booked twelve miscreants on the charge of attempt to murder.

Investigating officer (IO) Subash Chandar said that the accused have been identified as Jeeta, Pawan, Aman residents of Pasla village, Gora of Farwala village and Kalu of Kandola Khurd village and their seven unidentified accomplices

Ashok Kumar a resident of Pasla village complained to the police that the accused attacked him and his brother with sharp edged weapons and seriously injured them him with intention to kill on June 24 .

IO said a case under sections109(attempt to murder)115(2) 118(1) (voluntary causing grievous hurt) )351(3) (criminal intimidation) 190(3),191 (rioting and unlawful assembly) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
