Three women booked for culpable homicide

NAKODAR 13 JUNE 

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked three women on charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder.

Station House Officer (SHO) Palwindar Singh said that that the accused have been identified as Salwindar Kaur wife of Seeba a resident of Uggi village, Sukhi wife of Gopi a resident of Mallian Kalan village and presently residing at Uggi village and her daughter Paini.

Daljit Singh a resident of Uggi village complained to the police  that the accused came to his house on June 12 morning and started filthy language  against him  and assaulted him and his mother Baksho(65) came to rescue him and the accused  assaulted and pushed his mother forcibly who fell down and became unconscious and was rushed to hospital but she died on the way .

SHO said a case under section 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
