Moga village tractor driver arrested for causing death by negligence.

SHAHKOT 31 MAY

The Shahkot police have arrested a Moga village   tractor driver on charge causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO) Angrej Singh that the accused has been identified as Mukhtiar Singh son of Karnail Singh a resident of Chamb village under Dharam Kot police station Moga

Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence )281(rash driving on the public highway) and 324 (4) (mischief) of the BNS was registered against the accused.
