Two unidentified miscreants booked for snatching woman’s phone

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked two unidentified miscreants on the charge of snatching phone from a woman.
Neeta Ahuja wife of Tejindar Pal Singh a resident of Bombay Nagar near Wadala Chonk complained to the police that she along with her close relative came to Rasul Pur village Aru Vedic Dispensary for medical check-up.
The complainant said when they reached near Rasul Pur village two motorcycle borne accused with covered faces stopped their scooter and one accused holding a sharp-edged weapon snatched he bag kept in front of scooter which contained a smart phone and some clothes.
Investigating Officer and Uggi police post IN- charge Buta Ram said a case under sections 309(4) (robbery ) and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
