Motorcyclist booked for causing death by negligence.

 

NURMAHAL 20 APRIL 

 The Nurmahal police have booked a motorcyclist on charge causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO) Subash Kumar said that accused has been identified as Balvir Chand son of Baldev Raj a resident of Sidham Hari Singh village.

Manpreet Kaur wife of Manjindar Singh a resident of Fateh Pur village complained to the police that the accused was driving his motor cycle very fast and negligently and hit her husband’s motor cycle band on April 14 evening  near Fateh Pur Sat Sang Ghar and seriously injured  him  who succumbed  to injuries in a hospital .

 

Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence )281(rash driving on the public highway) and 324 (4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against motorcyclist.
