Unidentified tractor driver booked for  causing death by negligence.

SHAHKOT 13 APRIL 

The Shahkot police have booked an unidentified tractor driver on charge causing death by negligence.

Gurmej Lal a resident of war no 7 Lohian Khas complained to the police that the accused was driving his tractor very fast and negligently and crushed to death his son Rahul and his friend Karan beneath tyres.

Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence )281(rash driving on the public highway) and 324 (4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the unidentified tractor driver.
