Four booked for outraging woman’s

The Lohian Khas police have booked four villagers on charge of outraging woman’s modesty, assault and theft.
Investigating Officer (IO) Sarabjit Singh said the accused have been identified as KiranDeep Singh son of Tarsem Lal,Baljit Singh son of Sukhraj Singh, Viki son of Nikka and Jas son of Vishambar al residents of Kang Khurd village
Kala a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused barged into his shop assaulted him and his wife Jasbir Kaur tore her cloths and stole money from coin box and threatened him with dire consequences
IO said that a case under sections 74 (assault or criminal force to women with intent to outrage her modesty) 115(2) (voluntarily causing hurt )351(3) (criminal intimidation)324(4)( mischief) and 3 (5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
