Car driver booked for causing death by negligence.

 The Lohian Khas police have booked a car driver t on charges of causing death by negligence and rash driving.

Investigating officer (IO) Sarabjit Singh said that the accused has been identified as Aman Deep Singh alias Aman a resident of Giddar Pindi village.

Kulwindar Singh , a resident of Farid Sarai village, under Sultan Pur Lodhi police station  complained to the police that the accused was driving his  car   fast and negligently and hit his father Darshan Singh  ‘s motorcycle and killed him on March 8 near  FCI Godowns.

  Investigating Officer said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281(rash driving on a public road) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
