Woman drug peddler arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR 26 FEBRUARY 

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a woman drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that 27 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Joti wife of Manprit Singh a resident of Shankar village.

IO stated that a case under sections 22A/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
