Two villagers booked for culpable homicide

SHAHKOT 25 FEBRUARY 

The Shahkot police have booked two villagers on the charges of killing a man by giving him poisonous substance.

Station House Officer (SHO) Balwindar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Shinda son of Jaswant Singh a resident of Sandha Wal Mand village and Kulwant singh alias Babu son of Sucha Singh a resident of Ram Pur village

Manjit Kaur wife Jagroop Singh alias Yakoob a resident of Sandha Wal Mand village complained to the police that the accused administrated a poisonous substance to her husband Yakoob (35) son of Mohindar Singh and killed him.

SHO said that a case under sections 105 (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the BNS and 15/61/85 of the NDPS Act   has been registered against the accused.
