Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

SHAHKOT 16 FEBRUARY 

The Shahkot police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Sarwann Singh said that 20 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as

Karan Deep Singh Aujla son of Balveer Singh and Vansh alias Bhau son of Arwind, residents of Said Pur Jhirri village.

IOs stated that a case under sections 22/ 61/ 85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
