Unidentified miscreants booked for cheating, theft

NAKODAR 14 FEBRUARY 

 The Nakodar City police have booked unidentified miscreants on the charge of cheating and theft.

Amit Kumar a resident of Guru Teg Bahadar Nagar complained to the police that the accused deliberated with him for purchasing of his SUV (Ballero)(PB-10-CQ-8586) and went on a test riding and fled way with the vehicle and thus cheated him

Investigating Officer Rup Singh said that a case under section 318(4) (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property)303(2) ( theft) and 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
