Unidentified   driver booked for death by negligence

 The Shahkot    police have booked an unidentified driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Indarjit Kaur wife of late Gurjiwan Lal a resident of Saidu Pur village in Nakodar complained to the police that her husband was driving his scooter on February 10 to his village and she and her daughter were pillion riding  and a tipper driver which was going in front of them suddenly braked his vehicle and her husband’s scooter collided  with it and died and she and her daughter were injured seriously

 Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that a case under sections 106(causing death by negligence) 281(rash driving) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
