Unidentified   driver booked for death by negligence

SHAHKOT 12 NOVEMBER

 The Shahkot    police have booked an unidentified driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Piara Singh a resident of Nawan Pind Done Wal village complained to the police that unidentified bolero driver was driving his vehicle rash and negligently and hit his father Sadhu Singh ‘s motorcycle from behind and killed him on the spot

 Investigating Officer Jagtar Singh said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence) 281(rash driving) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against unidentified accused.
