Mother sons trio   booked for outraging woman’s modesty

NAKODAR 4 NOVEMBER

 The Mehat Pur police have booked a mother-son trio on charges of outraging a woman’s modesty.

The investigating officer (IO) Janak Raj said that the accused have been identified as Aarti wife of Tarsem Lal a resident of Bulanda village, and her two sons, Thomas and Yunas.

IO said that a case under sections 74 (criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) 3(5) (committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
