Couple among seven booked for murder bid

NAKODAR 4 NOVEMBER 

The Nakodar City police have booked seven miscreants, including a couple, on charges of attempt to murder.

Investigating Officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh said that the accused has been identified as Dalbir alias Lai a resident of Mohalla Arjan Nagar Nakodar his wife, Bimla and son Vishal and Monu, Nona Luki, and Chohan all residents of Nakodar City.

Vijay Kumar a resident of Mohalla Arjan Nagar Nakodar complained to the police that the accused attacked him with intention to kill and seriously injured and threatened him.

IO said that a case under section 109(attempt to
murder)115(2),118(2) (voluntarily causing grievous hurt ) 351(3) (criminal intimidation) 191(3) ,190(rioting and unlawful assembly)  of the BNS has been registered against the accused
