Two miscreants booked for snatching motorcycle

SHAHKOT 29 AUGUST 

The Shahkot police have booked two miscreants on charges of assaulting a resident and snatching his motorcycle.

Investigating Officer (IO) Angrej Singh said that the accused have been identified as Joga Singh son of Lakhwant Singh a resident of Lattian Wal village in Kapurthala and his brother Hukma Singh

Sukhwindar Pal a resident of Shatab Garh village in Kapurthala, complained to the police that the accused assaulted him and snatched and his motorcycle in Shahkot areas.

IO said that a case under sections 304(snatching) 115(2)118(1) (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 3(5) (committing a crime with common intention) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
