Unidentified driver booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 1 AUGUST 

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked an unidentified vehicle driver on the charge of causing death by negligence.

Usha Devi a native of Bihar State and living at Uggi village complained to the police that an unidentified vehicle driver was driving fast and negligently and hit her husband Raj Kishor , resulting in his death

Investigating Officer Buta Ram said that a case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), 281 (rash driving) and 324(4) (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against an unidentified accused.
