Three villagers booked for criminal trespass, conspiracy

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked three villagers on the charges of criminal trespass and criminal conspiracy.

Investigating officer (IO) Paramjit Singh said that the accused have been identified as Tarsem Singh son of Sohan Singh a resident of Chania village his son Jaskaran Singh and Avtar Singh of the same village

Gurveer Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused that the accused destroyed his paddy crop with a poisonous substance and tried to encroach his land.

IO said a case under sections 329(criminal trespass) 62(criminal conspiracy) 351(2)(criminal intimidation ) and 324 (mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
