Two drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NURMAHAL  10 JUNE 

The Bilga police have arrested two drug peddlers on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

Investigating Officer (IO) Charanjit Singh said that 45+40 (85) intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Harwindar Singh alias Abhu son of Bhagwant Singh a resident of Bhikhi Wind Tarn Taran and Kala son of Jogindar Singh a resident of Khem Karan Tarn Tran and living at Hambarran village in Ludhiana

IO said a   case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act have been registered against the accused.
