Four   booked for assaulting co-villager

The Nakodar City police have booked four men on the charge of assaulting co-villager.

Investigating officer (IO) Davindar Singh said that the accused have been identified as Vishal Kirman,Luki,and Sunni all residents of Mujafar Pur village.

Sandeep a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused waylaid him on October 16 and assaulted and seriously injured   him.

IO said that a case under sections 118(1)(voluntarily causing grievous hurt) 126(2) (wrongful confinement) 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) 191(3),190 (rioting unlawful assembly) of the BNS  has been registered against the accused.
