Talwandi Bharo village driver booked for causing death by negligence

NAKODAR 21 OCTOBER 

The Nakodar Sadar police have booked a Talwandi Bharo village driver for causing death by negligence.

Investigating Officer (IO) Jiwan Singh said that the accused has been identified as Harnoor Singh, son of Balveer Singh a resident of Talwandi Bharo village.

Nahar Singh, a resident of Ghandhran village, complained to the police that the accused driver was driving very fast and negligently in his Bolero SUV on October 5 and hit his son, Harmanjot Singh, and killed him

Investigating Officer (IO) Jiwan Singh said a case under section 106(causing death by negligence). 281(rash driving on public road), 125 A,B (causing grievous hurt), and 324 (mischief )  of the BNS have been registered against the accused.
