One arrested, two villagers booked for murder bid

NAKODAR. 19 OCTOBER 

 The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a villager and booked two others s on the charges of attempt to murder.

Investigating Officer (IO) Buta Ram said that the accused has been identified as Jagdeep son of Jogindar Pal a resident of Talwandi Bharo village.

IO said that the other two accused have been identified as Harmanpreet Singh son of Jogindar Pal and Amrit Pal son of Sucha Singh, residents of Talwandi Bharo village.

 Baljit Singh, a resident of the same village, complained to the police that the accused, armed with sharp-edged weapons, entered his house on October night, attacked and seriously injured him, ransacked his car, and threatened him.

IO said that a case under section 109(attempt to
murder)333(house trespass with intention to hurt 115(2)118(2) (voluntarily causing gracious hurt hurt) 3(5) (committing crime with common intention), and 351(2) (criminal intimidation)324(mischief) of the BNS has been registered against the accused.
