Villager arrested for culpable homicide

The Mehat Pur police have arrested a villager on the charges of killing a youth by giving him drug overdose.

 

Investigating officer (IO)Davindar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Bakhshish Singh alias Shisha son of Mohindar Singh a resident of Chhoha village.

 

Karnail Singh a resident of Rai Pur Arayian Mand village had complained to the police that the accused and his accomplices had administrated a drug overdose to his son Baljindar Singh which had killed him.

 

IO said that a case under section 105(culpable homicide not amounting to murder) of the BNS was registered against the accused and others
