Three drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act  

SHAHKOT/NURMAHAL 25 SEPTEMBER

 The Shahkot Khas police have arrested a drug peddler on charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

  Investigating Officer (IO) Baljit Singh said that 26 intoxicant tablets were recovered from the possession of the accused, identified as Shiv son of Kulwant Ram a resident of Haji Pur village

IO said a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Bilga police arrested two drug peddlers, Pawan Kumar son of Butas Ram of Dara Pur village and Gurmukh son of Davindar of Rupoe Wal village, with 33(18+15) intoxicant tablets, said IO’s Govindar Singh and Harpreet Singh.
