Nakodar credit compony manager two employees booked for cheating, conspiracy

The Nakodar City police have booked a manager and two employees of a Nakodar credit compony for cheating and criminal conspiracy.

Investigating Officer (IO) Sukhdev Singh said that the accused have been identified as Mandeep Singh son of Rajpreet Singh a resident of Gumti Kalan village near Gurdwara Sahib Bathinda and Manger of Satin Credit care Network Limited Nakodar and Amritpal Singh son of Surjit Singh a resident of Phooll near Gurdwara Phooll Bathinda and Harpindar Singh son of Manga Singh a resident of resident of Alam Wala village in Mukatsar Sahib both employees of the company.

Karandeep Singh Saran a resident of New Court Road Mansa city and Vigilance Officer of Satin Credit Care Network Limited Nakodar complained to the police the accused Mandeep Singh was working as Nakodar branch manager of the company and two accused was working as employees of Nakodar Branch of the company.

The complainant said that the three accused conspired and embezzled Rs 13 lakhs of compony by misusing Voter Cards and Aadhar Cards of customers.

IO said that two petitions in this regard were filed in the Punjab and Haryana High court and a case under sections 316(5)(criminal breach of trust by bankers) 318(4) ((cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property)) 319(2) (cheating by personation) and 61 (2) (criminal conspiracy) of the BNS has been registered against the accused after an inquiry and further investigations are on .
