Shahkot witnesses spectacular drone show dedicated to 650th birth anniversary of Sri Guru Ravidass Ji

As part of the ongoing state-wide events dedicated to the 650th Prakash Purab of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji, Punjab Government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann today organized a breathtaking mega drone show in Shahkot. During the event, a fleet of 500 synchronized drones illuminated the night sky, creating vivid formations that depicted the life, philosophy, and eternal teachings of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji. Thousands of devotees gathered to witness the modern light and sound display highlighting the Guru Ravidass Ji’s eternal messages of social equality, compassion, hard work, and universal brotherhood. Halqa Incharge Pinder Singh Pandori attended the event alongside key dignitaries, emphasizing that the initiative by the Punjab Government serves as a unique effort to connect the youth with Guru Ravidass Ji’s vision. He noted that out of the 92 planned drone shows across the state, this third event in Jalandhar District has successfully brings divine history closer to the masses using cutting-edge technology. The event was attended by SDM Shahkot Aditya Gupta, Tehsildar Shahkot Jaspal Singh Bajwa, Naib Tehsildar Lohian Baljinder Singh, Harjinder Singh Seechewal, Jasvir Singh Jalalpur, and Director Infotech Ranjit Kaur Kakarkalan, along with prominent local representatives. Prior to the drone show display, the atmosphere was filled with devotion through soulful Gurbani Kirtan performed by renowned Raagi jathas, captivating the gathered audience. Halqa Incharge Pinder Singh Pandori expressed gratitude to the community for their overwhelming participation in honouring the legacy of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji.
