Two booked for assaulting co-villager

The Shahkot police have booked two villagers on the charges of assaulting a co-villager.

 

Investigating Officer (IO)Parjindar Kaur said that the accused have been identified Paramjit Singh son of Malkit Singh a resident of Bau Pur village and his brother Sona Singh.

 

Jagdish Singh a resident of the same village complained to the police that the accused attacked and seriously injured him on August 18.

 

IO said a case under sections 115(2) ,117(2) (voluntarily causing grievous hurt) and 3(5)(committing crime with common intention) of the BNS has been against the accused.
