Three drug peddlers arrested under NDPS Act

NAKODAR/NURMAHAL 24 AUGUST

The Nakodar Sadar police have arrested a drug peddler on the charge of selling intoxicant tablets.

 Investigating officer (IO)Paramjit Singh said that 20 intoxicant tablets (loose) were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Sandip Kumar son of Resham Lal a resident of Talwandi Kalan village Ludhiana

IO said that   a case under sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.

The Nurmahal police arrested two drug peddlers, Sandip Kumar alias Bhuto son of Piara Lal and Vishal Kumar son of Hussan Lal residents of Gurre village in Nakodar with 33 intoxicant tablets said SHO Gurmit Ram
